SUMMARY
Provide general administrative support to: Vice President of Human Resources, Vice President of Corporate Partnerships, Vice President of Digital & Emerging Media, Vice President of Business Strategy & Analytics and Vice President of Tickets & premium. 
Support the Human Resources, Corporate Partnerships, Digital Media, Business Strategy & Analytics and Ticket Sales departments by coordinating calendars, meetings, conference rooms, events, travel and expense reports. This position requires a high level of confidentiality, excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills along with the ability to evaluate, balance multiple projects and prioritize duties as needed. Attention to detail, the ability to work under deadlines and the use of discretion are required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Duties will differ between Department/Vice President this position supports. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference rooms, calls and agendas
  • Assist with greeting guests, scheduling interviews and orientations
  • Prepare information and materials for meetings and presentations
  • Compose business correspondence, draft memos and communication
  • Provide office support including scanning, supply orders, filing, data entry, photocopies, mail and updating subscriptions
  • Manage expense reports, receipts, purchase orders and bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records
  • Calendar management
  • Coordinate travel, lodging and ground transportation for meetings and conferences
  • Assist with client appreciation correspondence and hospitality
  • Organize and coordinate department events, meetings and projects
  • Assist with task management within the department project management system
  • Serve as back-up office assistant and receptionist
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of two years of administrative support experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Manage changing priorities in a dynamic, high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to different environments and working cultures
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and creatively solve day-to-day challenges
  • Excellent computer skills - master of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

This job requires many hours of standing and walking during events and on game day. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The hourly rate range for this position is: $22.75 - $31.00
The hourly rate applies to the current posting. The posted hourly rate may vary based on key factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related knowledge, experience and skill set.
