SUMMARY
The Seahawks Digital Design Manager will drive the expression of the brand across all digital and social platforms including, but not limited to, the official team website, app, social media channels and affiliated digital outlets. This role is collaborative and works closely with the Senior Design Manager, Creative Director and other departments to create fresh, engaging and strategic visual content.

SUMMARY

This role is collaborative and works closely with the Senior Design Manager, Creative Director and other departments to create fresh, engaging and strategic visual content.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and Senior Design Manager to develop and maintain a cohesive design strategy for each digital platform
- Create design assets for social media, websites, videos, mobile apps and digital campaigns
- Use visual storytelling to create content that resonates on platform and supports the brand’s voice and values
- Lead creative concepting and design campaigns from creative brief to execution
- Partner with motion designers to contribute visual direction for video and animation projects
- Maintain mobile-first design mindset across all digital platforms
- Balance creativity with brand consistency, keeping visuals innovative and aligned with brand standards
- Contribute custom digital experiences and interactive content
- Collaborate with external contractors and freelance artists when appropriate
- Participate in the planning and creation of Gameday content, including templates and visual assets, as part of a shared team effort. This role will help organize and support gameday needs
- Strong visual design and storytelling skills
- A curious, adaptive mindset that embraces the ever-evolving nature of digital and social design
- Ability to conceptualize and execute original artwork when needed
- Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite with at least two years of professional experience
- Knowledge of motion graphics tools and video features in order to partner with motion graphics experts in project development
- Experience designing for mobile-first and responsive web environments
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Perform other tasks and duties in support of the digital team as required
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays surrounding major calendar events of the annual NFL schedule
- Enthusiasm for sports, design and creativity
- Bachelor’s degree from a college or university, or similar experience
- Demonstrated expertise using the following design software: PhotoShop, Illustrator, After Effects (preferred, for collaboration with motion teams)
- The salary range for this position is: $78,000 – $90,000. The salary range applies to the current posting. The posted salary range may vary based on key factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related knowledge, experience and skill set.
