SUMMARY
To generate revenue for First & Goal Inc. (FGI) through strategic bookings of the three facilities, Lumen Field, Lumen Field Event Center and WAMU Theater.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Responsible for booking revenue-generating events, including existing and new clients, in all three venues that meet and exceed department revenue goals
- Contribute to the development of the FGI events budget
- Work with the Managing Director of Programming & Business Development to establish and implement long-term objectives for private, public and ticketed events
- Direct WAMU Theater bookings. Maintain and build relationships with promoters, agents and tours to recruit and book WAMU Theater content
- Manage the facility calendar in Momentus or similar program. Provide direction and insight for scheduling and programming in all three venues, for external clients and internal events and building projects
- Identify potential clients, answer questions and provide information to facility clients; conduct facility tours. Field and respond to general event inquiries and request for more information
- Develop and maintain pricing templates for WAMU concerts. Remain in consistent communication with Labor Analytics and Event Operations to ensure we are capturing and maximizing profitability
- Follow industry trends, local competitors and internal departments to make sure our venues are remaining competitive in the local and regional markets
- Meet with clients and assist in determining event needs and initial cost estimates; provide information to various departments, including operations, electrical, telecommunications, AV, set-up, custodial, maintenance, security and admissions personnel
- Responsible for overseeing contracts to/from clients and executing when needed. Work with Seahawks/FGI General Counsel to develop and maintain contract templates, including implementation of AdobeSign capabilities. Liaise with Vulcan and General Counsel for clients’ administrative insurance and legal inquiries/requests
- Manage event settlement process to ensure event profitability meets revenue goals. Work closely with Promoters, Event Managers and the Finance Department to track event progress from start through settlement
- Work directly with FGI clients, FGI Marketing Manager and FGI Box Office team to promote ticket sales across all three venues. Oversite of marketing initiatives for FGI Events, administered through the FGI Marketing Manager
- Provide oversite and direction to Levy’s F&B Sales Manager, including catering minimums, monitoring customer service levels and client satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, promotors and industry colleagues. Provide ongoing stewardship and excellent customer service to existing and new clients
- Supervise budgets and projects
- Provide department support for identifying and executing special projects and other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years’ experience in a related field
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have good writing skills
- Must be able to establish solid relationships with promoters, agents, artists, etc.
- Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Publisher and Excel is a plus
- Must be available to work varied days and hours as determined by the event schedule

- The salary range for this position is: $115,000 – $125,000 + bonus potential. The salary range applies to the current posting. The posted salary range may vary based on key factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related knowledge, experience and skill set.
