SUMMARY
This position supports all elements of Game Presentation. Duties include brainstorming ideas, creating new activations, executing elements in Ticketmaster Tailgate/on the field on Gamedays and at Seahawks events and assisting with various aspects of the production process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Work closely with the Fan Engagement Manager on the production of Ticketmaster Tailgate including layouts, scripting, talent and hospitality
  • Assist with the planning, staffing and execution of enhancing fan-centric events (Training Camp, Draft Parties, Viewing Parties, etc.) and the overall Gameday experience for the 12s
  • Host entertainment groups and work as a Field Manager to execute in-game elements
  • Help with sourcing and booking pregame bands/entertainment elements for Gamedays
  • Work closely with key vendors including AV, staging, lighting and transportation
  • Help maintain department props and equipment as it relates to Gamedays and other events
  • Support Seahawks Dancers, Blue Thunder, Flag Runners and Mascots initiatives and projects as requested
  • Brainstorm new activations for Gamedays and events by keeping up with current pop culture trends
  • Help coordinate SEA Flock requests and Gameday staffing schedule

TIMEFRAME
April 2026 – March 2027
GENERAL INFORMATION

COMPENSATION
The hourly rate for this position is: $22.75
The hourly rate applies to the current posting. The posted hourly rate may vary based on key factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related knowledge, experience and skill set.
