SUMMARY
The Hospitality and Events Intern will be responsible for assisting the Hospitality Department in planning and executing various events that support internal staff and external partners. We are looking for a responsible, driven, creative individual who would like to gain experience in the event and sports industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Support Hospitality Department in all areas
- Assist in the coordination and execution of both internal and external events including but not limited to, Training Camp, Family BBQ and Teammate engagement events
- During Training Camp, assist with the VIP patio tent including setup, registration, guest check-in, crisis management, customer service and fan engagement
- Provide gameday hospitality support in all hospitality suites and VIP areas on gameday including, but not limited to, Legends Suite, Boardroom Suite and Pregame Field Pass Experiences
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain relationships with vendors and partners
- Provide administrative support including mailing, shipments, gift inventory organization, etc.
- Support all other business operations departments with various hospitality and event needs

- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Photoshop and graphic design skills preferred but not required
- Must have effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, while keeping a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organization and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once
- Must be a team player and goal oriented
- Proven ability to effectively lead and direct staff and vendors in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

- This is a summer only position lasting from mid-June – end of August
- This position works 40 hours per week on average
- Be currently enrolled as a junior, senior, or recent graduate (within 6 months) from a college or university. Graduate school students are eligible to apply as well
- Have authorization to work in the United States
- Have a current driver’s license
- Be able to work 40 hours per week as well as gameday/nights, weekends and other various events

All internships are hourly, paid positions. Interns are responsible for their own housing, travel, and relocation expenses. A background check will be conducted prior to employment start date.

The hourly rate for this position is: $22.75
