SUMMARY
This position will provide support to the accounting and finance team by preparing a variety of journal entries and account reconciliations. The role will also include the review and analysis of historical financial data and records to provide recommendations on existing policies and practice.
This is an excellent learning opportunity to be part of a high performing team that works in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic team player with an interest in the sports and entertainment industry. The position will interact with numerous individuals in the Finance department and throughout the organization. Successful candidates will also possess an accounting (or finance) background, excellent interpersonal skills, analytical skills, an understanding of basic accounting concepts and a desire to grow.

GENERAL INFORMATION
All internships are hourly, paid positions. Interns are responsible for their own housing, travel, and relocation expenses. A background check will be conducted prior to employment start date.

- Assist in the month end close process, including the preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations
- Review historical data and make recommendations based upon historical results and trends
- Review existing process and provide recommendations for process improvement
- Perform other ad-hoc financial analysis

- Be currently enrolled as a senior or recent graduate (within 6 months) from a college or university. Graduate school students are eligible to apply as well
- Majoring in Accounting or Finance
