Rate of Pay: $22.75 / hour
Shift Length: 4 – 8 hours per event on average

- Welcome guests and provide directions
- Outgoing and approachable personality
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution with guests
- Uphold company policies to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
- Make quick and efficient decisions while maintaining professionalism
- Experience and adaptability to using tablets, computers and touch screen technology
- Ability to communicate effectively while maintaining professional composure under pressure
- Ability to take direction from Team Lead, Team Captain and Management
- Open availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as dictated by the event schedule
- On the job training is provided
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Must be able to speak English effectively
- Must have continual reliable access to email and a computer/smart phone in order to update availability, check schedules and read event information
- Must be able to pass a background check

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time (outside of reasonable accommodations)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, loud and crowded environment
- Ability to walk up and down stairs
- Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions
