Job Title:       Guest Service Representative

Rate of Pay:   $22.75 / hour
Shift Length:  4 – 8 hours per event on average
*** This is an event-based position; therefore, you are only eligible to work a shift if our stadium is hosting an event ***

SUMMARY

As a Guest Services Teammate, you’ll have the opportunity to work Seahawks games, Sounders matches, Reign matches, stadium concerts and other large stadium events. Number of shifts may vary based on scheduled events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Welcome guests and provide directions 
  • Outgoing and approachable personality 
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-energy environment 
  • Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution with guests 
  • Uphold company policies to ensure guest safety and satisfaction 
  • Make quick and efficient decisions while maintaining professionalism 
  • Experience and adaptability to using tablets, computers and touch screen technology 
  • Ability to communicate effectively while maintaining professional composure under pressure 
  • Ability to take direction from Team Lead, Team Captain and Management
  • Open availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as dictated by the event schedule 
  • On the job training is provided

  • Must be 18 years of age or older 
  • Must be able to speak English effectively 
  • Must have continual reliable access to email and a computer/smart phone in order to update availability, check schedules and read event information 
  • Must be able to pass a background check
