Job Title: Corporate Partnerships - Activation Intern Department: Corporate Partnerships Reports To: Director of Partnership Operations SUMMARY The Corporate Partnerships Activation Intern is responsible for managing sponsorship accounts in collaboration with the Partnership Management team to deliver strong partner programs that align with the Seahawks brand. Duties include campaign and event support such as promotions, appearances and community events - assisting staff with fulfilling and tracking elements throughout the season as well as promotional set-up/execution for Training Camp and all Seahawks home games. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Partnership Fulfillment and Execution
Act as lead contact for media fulfillment of assigned Corporate Partners, managing approximately 5-10 accounts
Assist Partnership Management Team with execution of large partnership programs including special events, community visits, off-site appearances and viewing parties, digital promotion, gameday execution, media coordination and other activation elements

USAA Salute to Service events
Boeing Team of Champions community program
Assist with Training Camp activation planning and act as main point of contact for on-site partnership activations
Support Partnership Management Team with fulfillment of in-season sponsorship packages with execution of gameday and media elements
Coordinate and schedule any applicable Corporate Partnership promotional elements including emails, enter-to-win contests, social, sweepstakes or promotions
Proactively participate in Partnership Management Team operations including weekly meetings, assisting teammates with events, promotions and hospitality, shared responsibilities on gamedays and assisting in management efforts of all sponsorship assets
Lead fulfillment of autographed merchandise commitments
Help create midseason and year-end partnership recaps throughout regular season
Assist with client events at Virginia Mason Athletic Center, Lumen Field and other venues
Seahawks Gameday
Must be available to work ALL home games to assist the team in execution of Corporate Partnership promotions and contracted elements
Act as gameday contact for Seahawks pregame Ticketmaster Tailgate experience including check-in of vendors, set-up and execution of partner activations including:
Bonneville Radio Broadcast Stage
Washington’s Lottery Scratch Ticket kiosk
Toyota Truck Display
Support Partnership Management Team with in-stadium activations including hospitality, on-field activations (i.e. Salute to Service moments) and promotional giveaways including:
Safeway Tee Hawk
USAA Salute to Service moments
Oberto “Bratzooka”

Candidates must be able to set up promotional and event elements. Promotional set-up often requires banner installation, carrying moderate sized promotional materials (posters, entry forms, prizes etc)
