Job Title: Part-Time Community Operations Coordinator Department: Community Engagement Reports To: Community Engagement Manager SUMMARY As the Part-Time Community Operations Coordinator, you will manage volunteer recruitment and engagement for our Spirit of 12 program within the Seahawks organization and the Seattle Seahawks Charitable Foundation, including training, communicating and scheduling. This position will help manage operations for the Seahawks 50/50 Raffle in addition to other operational projects and tasks as assigned. This position will work a maximum of 30 hours / week. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support communication and coordination with Spirit of 12 non-profit partners year-round
Lead volunteer recruitment and training of volunteers to advance Seahawks charitable programs including Training Camp, Seahawks 50/50 Raffle and additional charitable events, maintaining a detailed volunteer database to assist with recruitment and retention
Manage 50/50 raffle room on Seahawks Gamedays including prep, setup, cleanup and storage of raffle equipment as well as training, troubleshooting and in-game management of raffle volunteers, supplies, kiosks, devices and printers
Coordinate with 50/50 raffle winners following each home game
Assist with Training Camp fundraising program including setup and on-site coordination at all Training Camp practices at Virginia Mason Athletic Center and Lumen Field
Support all reporting and tracking requirements for 50/50 raffle
Assist with charitable donation program including shipping and tracking of item donations in CRM
Assist with community storytelling and copy writing for quarterly and yearly reports
Support responding to emails and managing the community email inbox
Provide administrative support for general community department operations

Experience in large-scale volunteer recruitment and coordination
Able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people
Excellent organizational and team coordination abilities
The ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
Manage changing priorities in a dynamic, high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Flexibility to adapt to different environments and working cultures
Ability to manage multiple tasks and creatively solve day-to-day challenges
Excellent computer skills - master of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Dynamics CRM, Tableau analytics and Wrike project management systems preferred but not required
Knowledge and experience in data tracking and metrics preferred but not required
Must be available to work during normal office hours at a minimum three (3) days a week / 20 hours a week
Must be available for all Seahawks home games (Sundays, Thursdays, Mondays) and Training Camp practices

COMPENSATION The hourly rate for this position is: $24.00 The hourly rate applies to the current posting. The posted hourly rate may vary based on key factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related knowledge, experience and skill set.
