Job Title: Part-Time Digital Products Coordinator Department: Digital Media Reports To: Director of Digital Products SUMMARY The Seattle Seahawks are seeking a part-time Digital Platforms Coordinator to assist in the daily operation of Lumen Field’s owned and operated digital products including LumenField.com, WAMUTheater.com, Digital Map Directories, Digital Fan Activations, Direct Marketing Channels including email and SMS and future digital products for all Lumen Field events. This position will design and build webpages to enhance the fan experience, execute marketing fan engagement campaigns on websites, email, SMS and digital products, maintain data collection forms and privacy standards and maximize revenue through partnership opportunities. Additionally, this person will contribute to digital product accessibility, search engine optimization, marketing journeys and new digital technology products. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Execute website page updates and direct marketing campaigns from key stakeholders daily and on event days
Manage websites through various content management systems ensuring projects are timely and accurate. This includes, but is not limited to, creating page wireframes, updating website information, developing new landing pages and templates and publishing editorial content as needed
Manage Digital Stadium Map and Directories including map accuracy, directory maintenance and updates and multi-event scheduling
Build and execute direct marketing campaigns across email, SMS and future products while evaluating optimization and personalization
Work with third parties for the delivery and execution of digital projects and campaigns
Manage and execute stadium event digital fan engagement activations
Build data collection forms and manage contact data adhering to legal data privacy requirements
Contribute to digital product accessibility and search engine optimization
Respond to and troubleshoot platform issues

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferably in digital design, front end web development, direct marketing or similar course work)
Background in graphic design, email marketing, UI/UX design or front-end web development required
Experience in website and email back-end content management systems. Webflow, Eloqua and Formstack preferred
Experience coding in HTML, CSS and JavaScript required
Experience in user experience design and user journey building
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, with above average knowledge of Photoshop, Microsoft Office and copy writing
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with project management system
Ability to work traditional office hours and willingness to work non-traditional hours and some weekends
Interest and experience in the entertainment industry is a plus
Ability to work well under tight deadlines, handle multiple tasks at once with great attention to detail and be self-directed and demonstrate initiative
