Job Title: Sr. Manager of Production Department: Video Production Reports to: Director of Production FLSA Status: Full Time; Exempt SUMMARY The Seattle Seahawks are looking for a Senior Manager of Production to join the SEA-Level Studios Production Team. The Senior Manager of Production will be responsible for managing the production process including planning, logistics and project management from start to finish. This position specializes in detail-oriented organization and will manage four full time Teammates. In conjunction with the Senior Producer and Director of Production, the Senior Manager of Production will also serve as a main liaison for the to other key stakeholders within the Seattle Seahawks organization to ensure efficient steps of the production process are taken. RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the coordination of production logistics as they relate to in-stadium, on-location and original content video shoots, edits and delivery for SEA-Level Studios
Work closely with the Director of Production and Sr. Producer to establish strong communication, detailed logistics and streamlined production process that raise the game
Manage production request, reviews and final delivery using both Wrike, project management system, and Frame.io as tools for throughout the production process
Seek out details of production requests and ensure communication between other departments are reflected in assignments to crew members
Manage a team of full-time editors, cinematographers and producers
Conduct weekly 1-on-1 meetings with direct reports to ensure workloads are balanced and being completed on time
Coordinate production process details including but not limited to bookings, location scouting, legal release forms, permits, scheduling, run of shows, etc.
Create feature briefs, creative outlines and storyboards for main production projects included but not limited to short-form, long-form and feature productions
Serve as point person on production shoots from a logistical perspective including Gamedays, NFL tentpole events and more as assigned
Must be available to travel to all Seahawks away games, other NFL tentpole events and SEA-Level Studios on-location productions when needed
Serve as main liaison for contractors, freelancers and outside resources in conjunction with Director of Production on a per shoot basis

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have 6-8 years of video production experience including but not limited to camera operation, editing, writing, live production, control room experience
At least 2 years of management experience within production teams
Must be a leader, teacher and motivator
Strong attention to detail and strong organizational, creative and multi-tasking instincts in addition to a can-do attitude
Extensive knowledge of the production process, from content ideation, through pre-production, production, post-production and delivery
A plus if proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Be an energy giver that is highly creative and passionate
Experience with ARRI and Sony camera gear is a plus
Ability to stay calm and troubleshoot under pressure and actively seek solutions
Previous NFL or sports experience is a plus
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays and Gamedays

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The salary for this position is: $95,000 - $115,000. The salary applies to the current posting. The posted salary may vary based on key factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related knowledge, experience and skill set.
