Rate: Position starts at $22.75/HR
SUMMARY
Lumen Field, Lumen Field Event Center and WaMu Theater are the premier sports and entertainment venues in the Pacific Northwest. First & Goal Inc. (FGI) is looking for a strong individual with excellent customer service skills to join the FGI’s parking operations team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome each guest in a courteous manner, acting as an ambassador and first impression of Lumen Field
- Collect payment for parking
- Direct guests to correct level or area of parking on ingress and assist with traffic control on egress
- Provide directions to guests as to where stadium events are located and entrances
- Provide driving directions as applicable to motorist
- Ability to follow direction, meet deadlines and give instructions
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Positive, friendly, helpful attitude with guests to maintain a quality experience
- Articulate communication skills
- Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays according to the event schedule
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check

- Requires working at times in inclement weather/extreme temperatures at an open-air stadium and garage
- Heavy lifting of parking cones – stacks could weigh up to 35lbs
- Continuous walking/standing involved throughout the work location to direct traffic in parking lots
