SUMMARY
Lumen Field, Lumen Field Event Center and WaMu Theater are the premier sports and entertainment venues in the Pacific Northwest. First & Goal Inc. (FGI) is looking for a strong leader with excellent customer service and program management skills to support our overall parking management program. The Supervisor is responsible for the planning and oversight of the operation of the Lumen Field campus parking lot and garage for daily, event and Gameday parking.  
This position will supervise daily staff and work closely to implement and execute programs, policies and procedures for the efficient and safe operation of parking. Actively supports and upholds the organization’s stated mission and values. Under supervision of the Parking & Traffic Manager, this position is responsible for implementing and supervising the comprehensive parking plan. This includes creating and implementing administrative and operational guidelines, fee schedules, as well as supervising daily parking attendant staff.   
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervise and maintain Gameday parking assignments to include internal staff, season ticket holders and other designated game and event day parking
  • Identify opportunities to be more efficient in parking assignments and utilization
  • Create and manage scheduling including call outs and sick time for part time parking staff
  • Manage relationship with offsite garages to maintain relationships for event parking
  • Partner with Lumen Field Security Department to develop, implement and continually improve plans for vehicle ingress and egress, which include traffic, parking and pedestrian access
  • Participate as directed as a representative of FGI/Lumen Field in all relevant parking, transportation and neighborhood meetings
  • Responsible for the daily and event operations that involve parking
  • Participate in event planning meetings
  • Coordinate event setup and scheduling with supervisors to ensure enough coverage is maintained for a superior guest experience
  • Supervise on-site staff, including leads, captains and attendants, ensuring all events are executed smoothly and key performance indicators are fulfilled
  • Assist with the hiring process and working with the leads to find qualified candidates
  • Conduct employee evaluations, as well as disciplining and coaching staff as needed
  • Resolve guest complaints, urgent personnel issues, claim resolution and escalate the resolution process as needed
  • Ensure all parking staff adhere to all credit handling policies and procedures
  • Assist as directed with the administration of the departmental budget, department accounts payable spend and approving part time parking staff time sheets
  • Compile and develop reports for FGI management review
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
  • Prior parking experience is a plus
  • Strong financial and business acumen is required
  • Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
  • Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays according to the event schedule
  • Demonstrated ability to easily work with other management personnel to achieve common goals
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations without compromising the integrity of the material or the situation
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
Education and Experience
  • Two years of supervisory experience or any combination of education, experience and training equivalent to the above Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
  • The salary for this position is: $70,000 - $80,000. The salary applies to the current posting. The posted salary may vary based on key factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related knowledge, experience and skill set.
