Job Title: Suites Sales Manager Department: Suites Reports To: VP of Suites & Premium SUMMARY Primary focus is driving suite revenue through selling full season and single game suites, stadium event suites and other premium seating products to meet department revenue goals. The Suite Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting efforts. Responsible for business relationship development, identifying and generating upsell opportunities and providing superior customer service to all premium accounts while delivering upon departmental objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Drive new full season suite, single game suite and premium product sales to meet departmental goals
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through both inbound and outbound prospecting efforts and track in CRM
Assist in creation and management of sales campaigns including on sales, pricing, product development and renewal incentives
Support suite sales efforts of First & Goal Inc. stadium events (i.e, concerts, Supercross, college football, etc.)
Contribute to departmental goals including new sales targets, sell-through and retention goals and service initiatives
Establish and grow relationships with single game premium buyers to upsell to full season premium and suite owners
Sell other premium ticket products (Tunnel Club, 1976 Club, Field Seats, Reserve Club, Club Seats, concerts, etc.) as needed by the Premium Department
Provide superior year-round customer service to all accounts
Participate in prospecting events and networking opportunities (in-season and off-season)
Meet with suite and premium clientele on gamedays and assist with customer experience

Bachelor’s degree from a college or university
Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience in sports or 5+ years of sales experience in a non-sports industry related field
Prefer candidate with experience in Archtics and Microsoft Dynamics ticketing and CRM systems
SKILLS
Self-motivated with high energy sales drive
Proven track record of closing business by building quality client relationships
Excellent, proven cold call skills
Ability to generate prospect lists
Strong attention to detail
Ability to negotiate as needed to close deals
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Ability to prioritize a multitude of duties, adjusting to constant change and alterations

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The salary range for this position is: $78,000 – $85,000 + commission. The salary range applies to the current posting. The posted salary range may vary based on key factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related knowledge, experience and skill set.
