Job Title: Part-Time Guest Services Scheduler Department: Guest Services Reports To: Guest Services Coordinator Pay Rate: $27.50/hour SUMMARY Lumen Field/Seattle Seahawks is dedicated to creating a workforce that is both diverse and inclusive. As the Guest Services Scheduler, you will understand the different levels of staffing required to successfully operate an event and ensure our events are fully staffed through our scheduling system.This position is primarily focused on scheduling part-time event staff but is also responsible for managing call-offs and updating positions and templates as the events evolve over time. The position offers a maximum of 30 hours a week with hours varying based on scheduling needs and events. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Work with the Guest Services Coordinator to manage event day staff schedules and changes within Dayforce (online scheduling system)
Input all event day shifts for the Guest Services part-time Teammates
Understand how to read staffing excel grids and dot maps for Guest Services positions
Perform updates and run staffing reports to audit event times and position assignments
Record and fill all staff call-offs prior to and during event days
Communicate clearly and efficiently with event day staff and management while maintaining professional composure under pressure
Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Uphold company policies to ensure part-time staff satisfaction and knowledge of their upcoming shifts
Proficiency and adaptability with computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Dayforce

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to speak English effectively
Must have continual reliable access to email and a computer/smart phone in order to update availability, check schedules and read event information
Must be able to pass a background check
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and communicate progress
Event planning development that leads to effective event execution
Detail oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Aptitude to understand and leverage information systems and technology
Ability to work both in-office and remotely with little to no supervision during mornings, nights and on weekends
Strong computer skills (specifically Excel)
