Job Title: Ticket Sales & Service Intern Department: Ticketing Reports To: Director of Ticket Sales & Service; Ticket Sales & Service Manager SUMMARY Assist and collaborate with the Ticketing, Premium and Suites Departments’ daily tasks, season-long projects and gameday service and hospitality initiatives. Focus on the season ticket holder and premium seat holder experience through interaction with fans, supporting all sales and customer service efforts, execution of events and gameday experiences. This proactive individual needs to be a strong communicator and multi-tasker. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintain a consistent focus on customer service to foster a positive fan experience and exceed expectations for all fans, Season Ticket Holders, Blue Pride Members, Club Ticket Holders, Suite Owners and their guests
Responsible for daily Customer Service responses and referring or solving complaints
Generate a solid understanding of Archtics ticketing system to provide service, assist with fulfilling ticket requests and sending receipts directly to clients
Support fulfillment of player & coach ticket orders, additional ticket requests and passes
Educate fans on how to access and manage mobile tickets
Enter all customer, sales & service data into CRM system and provide analysis and research upon request
Attend and provide service at gamedays and other special events that include night and weekend work
Gameday responsibilities include Box Office customer service, supporting premium service activations on the Club and Suite levels, and hosting pregame and postgame experience guests
Assist in coordination and execution of season ticket holder engagement events and experiences
Be informed and communicate both positive and negative feedback internally to help support our Fans First Culture
Contribute to customer service, sales and ticket operations processes as assigned
