Job Title:Premium Suites Intern Department: Suites Reports To: Suite Service Coordinator SUMMARY Support and collaborate with the Premium Service team on daily responsibilities and season-long initiatives centered around single-game suite buyers. This role will focus on delivering an exceptional suite experience through direct guest interaction, assisting with all service and retention efforts and helping execute events and gameday hospitality. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused and excels in communication and multitasking. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintain a consistent focus on customer service to foster a positive single-game suite buyer experience
Assist in coordination and execution of Seahawks suite owner annual events including Training Camp, Suite Owner Kickoff Lunch, Suite Owner Holiday Party, prospecting events and more
Gameday responsibilities include preparing suites, visiting single-game suite buyers, coordinating and leading single-game gameday hospitality
Serve as the gameday single-game buyer point-of-contact
Act as the liaison for all gameday needs between the Suite Sales Team, stadium catering team and single-game buyers
Become fully educated in the mobile ticket process to assist with fulfillment and customer service questions remotely via phone and in person on gamedays
Communicate both positive and negative feedback to the Suite Service Coordinator and Suite Sales Team to support enhancing the single-game suite buyer program
Determine appropriate resolutions for customer service issues
Support strategic service initiatives aimed at enhancing the buyer experience and driving the conversion of single-game suite buyers into full season/returning customers
Generate a solid understanding of Archtics ticketing system to assist with fulfilling ticket requests and customer service resolutions
Enter customer, sales and service data into CRM system to maintain current and consistent database
General office duties including mailing, filing, etc.

Be currently enrolled as a senior or recent graduate (within 6 months) from a college or university. Graduate school students are eligible
Must have strong verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate professionally with ticket holders and suite owners via phone or in person
Must have strong writing capabilities
Ability to maintain and present a professional image
Ability to multi-task, while keeping a calm demeanor in a fast paced environment
Advanced oral and written communication skills
