Job Title: Presentation Specialist Department: Design Reports To: Creative Director FLSA Status: Full-Time Exempt SUMMARY The Presentation Specialist is a graphic designer specializing in strategic and creative solutions for visually communicating business messaging. This position works with internal clients to take information and tell a compelling visual story according to the needs of each project and audience. This position is an expert with PowerPoint and other visual presentation design tools, has an eye for page layout and uses imagery and infographics to make information engaging and understandable. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Develop and design presentations—primarily in PowerPoint—that advance key business objectives and tell the story through clean, concise and well-organized slides
Maintain a calendar of annual, recurring reporting and presentations. Develop a plan for building these reports, collecting information and keeping the presentations visually fresh and appealing year to year
Collaborate with Business Strategy & Analytics and other internal stakeholders on creating visually appealing business reports that publish on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis
Develop and maintain a slide pool of frequently used presentation slides for key business metrics and objectives to be used to quickly develop ad hoc presentations as directed
Responsible for maintaining PowerPoint templates for the organization. Ensure that all teammates are working from a consistent look and template. Refresh the template at regular intervals to align with current branding
Assist Football Operations in development of team presentation tools and resources
Design and build presentations for senior executives including the Team President for internal and external audiences
Collaborate with Director of Business Communications and other internal partners to turn outlines and written information and reports into visually appealing presentations that effectively tell a story and contribute toward business outcomes
Responsible for developing and maintaining customized templates, graphics and images to ensure a consistent design language across presentations
Support presentations and meetings live as needed
Assist the design team by designing a wide range of projects including flyers, advertisements (print and online), emails, logos and social content graphics

Minimum 5 years experience in the Graphic Design field
Minimum 2 years of experience in designing presentations for senior level executives and/or high stakes, high profile business meetings
Working knowledge of PowerPoint and relevant design tools Adobe Creative Suite Software (mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Professional sports experience is a plus
Experience designing infographics and other data visualizations
Understanding of corporate branding.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, interpret complex concepts, and translate them into easy-to-understand graphs, charts, and visual graphics.
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and prioritize
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of roles including leaders, executives, indirect reports, partners, and vendors
Strong familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university (degree in related business discipline preferred)
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must have strong English verbal and written communication skills

This role will be based out of the Seahawks training facility, Virginia Mason Athletic Center in Renton, Washington

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The salary range for this position is: $60,000 – $70,000. The salary range applies to the current posting. The posted salary range may vary based on key factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related knowledge, experience and skill set.
