Job Title: Corporate Partnerships – Operations Intern Department: Corporate Partnerships Reports To: Director of Partnership Operations SUMMARY The Corporate Partnership Operations Intern is responsible for supporting the alignment of the Seahawks brand with corporate partner campaign elements. Duties include fulfillment support of department inventory such as digital and social media, TV, radio, digital signage (LED and concourse), game presentation elements, Training Camp and Seahawks gameday Operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Partnership Fulfillment and Execution
Responsible for supporting the Partnership Operations team with the below inventory in partnership with corresponding internal leads:
Digital/social media
TV
Radio
Digital signage (LED, hustleboard and concourse)
Stadium signage
Game presentation elements
Training Camp
Gameday activations
Proactively participate in Partnership Management and Operations team including weekly meetings and assisting teammates with management and fulfillment of sponsorship assets
Coordinate fulfillment of paid media, web-ads, exclusive emails, push notifications, billboard ads, newsletter inclusions, enter-to-win contests and sweepstakes/promotions
Provide weekly traffic instructions to radio and TV broadcast partners
Provide weekly proof of performance and reporting for partner presented social and digital media elements
Coordinate photography and video needs each game to utilize for recaps and sales process
Assist with affidavit generation for game presentation, TV, radio, digital signage and other relevant elements
Help create midseason and year-end partnership recaps throughout the regular season
Support the Partnership Development team with sales pitch development, creating photo and asset package templates to enhance presentation quality and consistency
Seahawks Gameday
Must be available to work ALL home games to assist the team in execution of Corporate Partnership promotions and contracted elements
Assist Partnership Operations Manager in creative development, approval process, day-of execution and proof of performance on game related elements including videoboard and digital signage in the Control Room
Responsible for collecting department gameday needs including:
Ticketmaster Tailgate equipment requests
In-Stadium conversion and distribution needs
Credentials
Photo and video shot lists
Digital signage creative needs and playlists
Activation timeline and OneNote
Act as gameday contact for Seahawks pregame Ticketmaster Tailgate experience including check-in of vendors, set-up and execution of partner activations
Stationed in Control Room to monitor partner content across videoboard and digital signage and direct replay creative schedule

Must have strong writing and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with clients and fans
Must have experience using Microsoft Suite, PowerPoint and Photoshop
Candidates must be able to set up promotional and event elements. Promotional set-up often requires banner installation, carrying moderate sized promotional materials (posters, entry forms, prizes etc).
