Job Title: Game Presentation Coordinator Department: Game Entertainment Reports to: Mascot Director FLSA Status: Full Time; Non-Exempt SUMMARY This individual will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Seahawks mascot program by working hand-in-hand with the Mascot Director and the Game Entertainment Department to significantly grow the Blitz brand through Blitz’s involvement with the in-game experience, special events, in the community and as a revenue generator and to integrate the Seahawks mascot program into the team’s overall vision and mission. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESInclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Collaborate with and assist members of the Game Entertainment department to support, research and develop overall game and special event plans including the planning, staffing, brainstorming and execution of fan-centric events and the overall Gameday experience for the 12s
Contribute to departmental recaps and the tracking of metrics related to the Game Entertainment and Mascot objectives
Work closely with other departments, specifically Corporate Partnerships to update Knack CRM system and ensure timely delivery of needed elements
Manage administrative functions for the Mascot program including:
Assist with booking internal appearances
Assist with booking external paid appearances
Assist with booking contractual corporate appearances
Represent mascot team in internal meetings pertaining to mascot/Gameday
Create new appearance packages
Maintain program invoices, budget and expenses
Assist with creative performance planning (Gameday skits, videos, noise prompts, stunts and props)
Assist with development of mascot programming and sponsorships opportunities
Manage tasks through Wrike project management software
Create new content ideas
Edit content/create mascot graphics for social media
Maintain and update Blitz’s website and social media
Track media metrics and associated value
Manage storage/inventory for the mascot team
Assist with facilitating Kicks4Kids Shoe orders
Coordinate special events along with the Game Entertainment Department
Assist mascot at some events in the Seattle area as well as some regional appearances as a consistent face seen with the character at games and in the community
Create digital content with Club mascot on Gamedays
Provide superior customer service and ensure great fan experiences
Perform various other tasks that may be assigned by the Mascot Director
Position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with departmental staff and other Club personnel; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and not in a telecommuting manner

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The hourly rate for this position is: $28.00 - $32.00 The hourly rate applies to the current posting.
