Job Title: Marketing Design Coordinator Department: Marketing Reports To: Creative Director SUMMARY The Marketing Design Coordinator is an entry‑level Graphic Designer responsible for creating a wide range of visual materials from concept through completion. This role requires strong design fundamentals, versatility across project types and the ability to contribute original creative ideas within a high‑performing Design Team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Design marketing materials as assigned by the Creative Director and Project Manager, including social media assets, advertisements, emails, logos, digital campaigns and presentations
Support the Design Team with overflow tasks and time‑sensitive requests
Manage projects from initial brief to final delivery, including communicating progress to stakeholders, securing vendor quotes and coordinating with external partners on pricing, production and timelines
Take ownership of design needs for ancillary brands within the Seahawks portfolio, including Lumen Field, WaMu Theater and Seahawks Dancers
Contribute to team creativity by exploring new visual directions, brainstorming fresh ideas and actively participating in Design Team discussions

Strong visual design skills with a solid understanding of layout, typography and composition
Freehand illustration ability and enthusiasm for creating original artwork
Experience designing internal presentations and communicating complex information through infographics and visual storytelling
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
A genuine passion for art, design and creative problem‑solving
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from a college or university
Demonstrated expertise using the following design software: PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign
Experience with email marketing and presentation design
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The salary range for this position is: $80,170 – $83,000. The salary range applies to the current posting. The posted salary range may vary based on key factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related knowledge, experience and skill set.
