ROLE SUMMARY
The Seattle Seahawks are looking for a creative to join the award-winning internal Video Production Team. The Producer, Content will be a major contributor in production support across multiple departments and initiatives of the Seattle Seahawks. This position serves as a float producer that will work closely with department colleagues to support content production as demand requires. The Producer, Content will service multiple areas and departments of The Seattle Seahawks as opposed to one project area of focus. Therefore, the Producer, Content must be flexible. The Producer, Content will also serve as a role model, mentor, and leader for other creatives on the production team as well as supporting in providing guidance and direction throughout all steps of the creative process to interns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with the Producer, Social in editing social-first content that will live on all Seattle Seahawks social media platforms and accounts
  • Produce teasers for use on social media to promote internal productions and partnered content across all channels
  • Edit daily and weekly branded content that will live exclusively on Seattle Seahawks social accounts
  • Develop and edit content from concept to final delivery for home game in-game stadium entertainment
  • Attend on-location community events to film and edit content for Seattle Seahawks website and social channels
  • Assist the Sr. Producer in production of Seattle Seahawks premium content
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite to assemble, edit, process, color correct, format and export video projects from start to finish
  • Strong user of After Effects and motion graphics specifically for social media and in-game entertainment content
  • Serve as support cinematographer during home games
  • Travel to away games and other NFL tentpole events as necessary serving as support cinematographer and producer 
  • Work as a camera operator to capture footage of practice, games, press conferences, in-studio player and coach interviews, feature b-roll, scenic footage and more
  • Use Seahawks digital asset management system (CatDV) to ingest, organize and log footage
  • Ability to work together in team settings, but also able to fully execute projects independently as required
  • Serve as a visionary creative leader within the Seattle Seahawks organization
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Production
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have 1-3 years of video production experience including but not limited to camera operation, editing, writing, set lighting, design
  • Strong attention to detail and strong organizational, creative and multi-tasking instincts in addition to a can-do attitude
  • Extensive knowledge of the production process, from content ideation, pre-production, production, post-production and delivery
  • Proficiency in tracking and measuring the success of video content in the digital space and the ability to apply those lessons to future creative strategy
  • Be an energy giver that is highly creative and passionate
  • Experience with ARRI and Sony camera gear is a plus
  • Ability to stay calm and troubleshoot under pressure and actively seek solutions opposed to simply identifying problems
  • Previous NFL or sports experience is a plus
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays and gamedays
  • Editing 50%, shooting 30%, footage logging and asset management 10%, other duties 10%

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
  • The salary range for this position is: $80,170 – 85,000. The salary range applies to the current posting. The posted salary range may vary based on key factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related knowledge, experience and skill set.
